exercising based on body type

i came across this pin on pinterest stating a question i never thought about.. it asked "is fitspo just as dangerous as thinspo?"





some fitness "inspiration" is.




don't feel the need to push yourself to look like everyone else on the internet. you dont know whats real out there. you don't know which bum is photoshopped and which one isnt. you work out to your body. its important to exercise to the way your body is shaped, just because someone else is fit to bench press, doesn't mean you have the shoulders built for that, some people have really strong thighs, and you may think thats your target zone, but you might not be built for that, you might have stronger shoulders. it all depends on you personally, you have to focus on the way you feel.
