Exercising Your Arms

no one likes that little jiggle under their arms.
try some lat raises
  • your one basic necessity is a pair of 3 or 5 pound weights (can be easily purchased at 5 below or Walmart)

start out with swinging your arms around a bit to get them loose

Back Exercises to workout latissimus dorsi. Tone muscles to get rid of bra bulge or back fat.start with some bicep curls x20 reps
then work out your triceps- tricep dips x 20 reps
as to your shoulders, 20 push ups
and shoulder press x25
lat raises(killer)x15
"lat raises" work out the latissimus dorsi ---------->>

Now, keep in mind this is a recommended workout, but only do what you can physically handle. Though this is fairly laid back, everyone starts somewhere. 

Keep up with this twice a week and in a month, you'll definitely see a difference!
