Exercising Your Arms
no one likes that little jiggle under their arms.
try some lat raises
- your one basic necessity is a pair of 3 or 5 pound weights (can be easily purchased at 5 below or Walmart)
start out with swinging your arms around a bit to get them loose
then work out your triceps- tricep dips x 20 reps
as to your shoulders, 20 push ups
and shoulder press x25

"lat raises" work out the latissimus dorsi ---------->>
Now, keep in mind this is a recommended workout, but only do what you can physically handle. Though this is fairly laid back, everyone starts somewhere.
Keep up with this twice a week and in a month, you'll definitely see a difference!
